Don't ask for photos, our Sellers / Mandates are no photo-agency and they aren't worth the sending as they proof nothing.

Don't ask for a "past performance" as it says nothing about the seller's ability to supply tomorrow.

Don't ask for a FCO without having a positive response to your buyer's LOI.

Don't believe that the sending of a LOI automatically causes the sending of a FCO or draft contract.

And

No trial shipments (only "spot" or "annual")
No deal after a buyer's contract
No Performance Bond before (non-operative) payment instrument
No payment @ destination port - only @ loading port
No loading port visit before payment instrument
No IMFPA before contract closed
